Come join Owners in our quarter-share lifestyle! The hotel comprises 105 residential quarter-share deeded units- which means there are four Owners per unit. Quarter-share ownership provides 13 weeks per year of condominium use- depending on the interval you purchase, every fourth week is yours throughout the calendar year. When you do not wish to use your unit, the opportunity exists to put it into the rental system at the hotel. Unit styles include studios, one and two bedrooms, lofts and penthouses. All are fully furnished and complete with kitchens.
On-site amenities include an outdoor heated year round saltwater pool and whirlpools, access to the health club with a sauna, an arcade, a private Owners' Club with party/meeting room, library and games room, and an Owner individual locker to store skis or other personal items. All facilities are available for Owners’ use 365 days a year. The Black Diamond Grille and Tap House Bar and Restaurant are also located at the hotel.
Ownership provides inclusion in the space available program. In addition to your Owner weeks, when the hotel is less than 90% occupied, Owners have access to units not in rental for the cost of housekeeping. Reservations can be made 72 hours or less in advance of their arrival to the Grand Summit.
Additionally, once you purchase a unit, you will be able to join the Resorts Condominium International (RCI) Program. The RCI membership does require an additional fee.
Contact Gail Waterman or Angelica Kitsis at 603-374-6700 or email gwaterman@grandsummitattitash.com or akitsis@grandsummitattitash.com for a tour of available accommodations for sale or questions about the Grand Summit Condo Unit Owners Association. All requests for proforma information or Association financial information must be directed to the seller (current owner).
Prospective buyers of a unit must negotiate the sales price and related financial matters with the selling unit owner directly.
When you sell your unit, we suggest you use the services of a Title Services company to complete the transaction. If you do not have a title company that you are currently working with, please contact Owners Services for suggestions on firms who are familiar with the closing documents that the Association requires to transfer the deed and provide clear title to the buyer.
If you elect to do the deed transfer on your own, you will need to contact the hotel prior to the closing. Call 603-374-6700. The Association requires that an executed Right of First Refusal be recorded along with the transfer deed regardless if the unit is gifted or transferred between family members without consideration. You also need to provide a statement from the Association to the buyer indicating the balance of your dues account or any other outstanding fees.
